lotto07 - scam attempt

User attempted to scam me, I tried using a MM, first user declined the first MM, the 2nd MM I brought up, he kept making up excuses such as his PC dying, him "contacting" his "supplier".
Basically, the user kept stalling which leads me to believe he attempted to scam.

Honestly I'm gonna stick with a TWC because you @Sunshine24 do seem very impulsive with your assumptions and I believe @lotto07 didn't really attempt to scam here. I have asked for input from @Mr Extremez so will reply with his response later on to this thread. For now this'll be the result. @lotto07 you are free to dispute your TWC in 30 days/after you've gained a couple of vouches while having a TWC.
