My worker messaged their livechat the second he came to our livechat and they told us they were full on stock. That alone makes it so we do not need to beat their price. It's the same as when someone is buying gold and asks me to price match a site who is offline or out of stock, it's obviously not something im going to match/beat. Not just that, but i never even had the opportunity to buy his gold for higher. I was in the shower, i told my worker he could buy up to 400m and not to offer higher than a certain rate, when pure wanted higher, my worker told him to e-mail me so i could deal with it because he's not authorized to buy for higher. There are people who come with fake screenshots, who come with fake goldsites, all kinds of shit, so i need to handle those situations when they happen, my workers are not able to.

I got out of the shower and replied to pure 1 hour later, and didnt even have the chance to buy his gold for higher than pie was offering. That's not fair to me, it's not that i declined him his higher price, it's that piegp told us they were full stock, and my worker told him that .97/m was too high, to email me.

There has not been ONE time in the last year that i have refused to beat a legitimate offer from a competitor. Ever. That's why i advertise what i do, because i have, and always will give the best rates.

That is correct. I told them I'm selling 400m, they quoted .96, I said okay, went to you, you refused the price match, so I sold them the gold.

 

because they told us they were full stock, and he told you to email me, i'd have beaten it once i confirmed it was legitimate offer not faked screenshot, just like i always do and always have done

 

It doesn't matter if it was you or your worker, you're responsible for your workers.

The order of events were as follows:

1. I go to PieGP and ask to sell gp, they say they can take 400m at 0.96.
2. I go to TreeGP because I know they supposedly beat everyone's price, so I tell them I'm looking to sell gp.
3. The worker tells me some bs story of how they're only doing 0.91, which is irrelevant because I showed proof that I sold the 400m for 0.96 to PieGP.
4. I show him a gyazo of Pie offering 0.96
5. He tells me "I can't pay that high tbh, the fees are just too high, it's business."
6. I say okay, can I get my $100?
7. He tells me to email the boss (who knows how long that takes?? prices would change by then) and that he's too tired to deal with me
8. I just go sell to PieGP and make a report against false advertising.

Nowhere did your worker tell me "my boss will do it for you" or "I'm unauthorized" he simply said "I can't go that high" and you are responsible for your worker.

 

dude my worker messaged their livechat and they told us full stock. everything about your arguement ends there. he even had you email me because when they are full stock there is nothing he can do about it. you still wanted .97 even after they said they were full stock and that is too high. if they werent full stock michelle would have bought the gold for .97, simple as that

 

If they were full stock how did they buy my 400m, doesn't matter to me if they offered you some bs offer, I showed you what they offered me and they went through with their offer and you did not.

mate all im saying is its not fair you expect 100m free when the competition you linked me told me they were full stock, and not just that but you didnt even give the person who you were directed to email the ability to analyze the situation and beat their price. like i've stated already, i would have beaten them, just like i have over and over again for almost a year now.

I believe he should be forced to pay atleast to Pure, he probably should have paid over thousands already by now, let me start.

If you go to tree gp and offer to sell them gp with proof of another site buying for a good rate which they cant beat.
They will:
A) Say they have no bitcoin/paypal balance
B) Say the offer for the free 100 usd is only available when BUYING rsgp
C) Say they have full stock (tested with my friend once, he went on treegp asked to sell for .91 instead of my .95 and they took it immediately (this was a couple months back).
D) Start talking crap beeing really friendly like sucking your cock etc so you wouldn't make a report.
E) Owner would come in chat saying the site i linked (which was runescapegoldmarkt, owned by Kaii) wasn't competition because they aren't "big" enough so he wouldn't have to beat them.

If his chats logs get saved, give him my IP over pm and let him bring up the chat logs

Now he's trying to send me $4?? You didn't price match when your title says you beat anyone or I get $100.

 

I'm not even entitled to give you 4$ , just figured it would be a kind gesture since that's what you would have received if i had the opportunity to confirm piegp really was buying gold for .96

 

Correction: You quoted $0.96.

Furthermore, it appears you seem to have some sort of relation with the business PieGP. "ITS UR BOY PURE" you said, with Jamie making a quick compromise without question which seemed to be an exception of some sort. My question is what was PieGP was offering to a normal, unknown visitor who came to the website that day. I feel there is certainly some sort of conflict of interest here as the entire chat log isn't provided. I may go so far as to request Skype logs if necessary as well. There's a lot missing here.

Outside of a possible conflict of interest, you sold the gold before Tree had the chance to buy it at a better rate.

I do not find it unreasonable for workers to not be able to handle all transactions and it appears the offer was indeed there, you were just too impatient to take it.

I see no reason for this report to continue, but I see @Dave and maybe he wants to chime in

that's my thoughts too, if there's a proper protocol then you should have waited @PA. The only other thing is @Treegp you should have your workers express this better. It could have prevented this whole thing (maybe)

 

I worked on trying to express this a bit as part of a conversation last night with @Treegp. It was in regards to something related, but I wasn't aware of this report being open at the time.

Also, regarding the most recent post by @Mootrucks on behalf of @Pure, a chopped off chat log and the Gyazo's provided do you no good.
