Well... how to start this, I ordered a thread layout and UI from him since 06 May, I wait for a long time and losing money in the meantime because I can't start this business without my layout, that's my way to work, he claims to be busy IRL and etc but... but well finally today ( 09 May ) I hope the wait was worth it but... I got a bad thread design for Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet , but well... I know I can't get as much quality for $10.

So I asked him many times to (saying please) send me the PSD so I can do a better work myself and some adjustments to it (also saves him some work):

I don't believe him because this was the last modify he did (after claiming he didn't save PSD):

BTW the UI he designed for me is useless, because sythe will reject it due It doesn't have the space between Hsurabs and Gold: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

How they scammed:
I expected a better work from him... but well at least a good service but none of two I would like to request the PSD thread file or a refund (10m 07) due that thread is useless for me.

 

@Hsurabs Gold It is possible he made the edit without the actual PSD file. The change he has made can easily be done with the sponge tool on Photoshop as the background is nearly plain black. I don't get why he wouldn't save a PSD though, I still have some PSD's laying around from like 2010. @r0xie would you mind helping out here?

 

@Wortel well on my opinion, I'm not a designer but I think you need to save all your work, you can't erase the work if the customer still doesn't approve it?

edit: in this case is Roxie responsibility, he is responsible for his own work.

 

@Wortel Also I would you to consider all my time lost on this... maybe this can sound ridiculous due it's only $10, but will not if we consider I lost over 70 hours of Maxed Main Rental Service due I've waited since Friday, all the wait didn't worth it tbh.

I personally believe that my design is better and more clean than that example you showed. I orderstand you dont like my style and thats no problem I can give a Full Refund sir.
