Scammed!

Recently purchased gold from Ruben Eason's thread. He had many good vouches and had been a long time member so it seemed pretty legit. However i have had no way to get in touch with him. I will provide payment/order confirmation if needed. If nothing else I just want to see this guys banned so no one else gets scammed.

 

I'm sorry to hear that you were scammed, your best bet at this point is to report that you've been scammed.

Did the livechat ignore you or were they offline? If they were offline, go back to his site and im sure his livechat will gladly help you out.

 

Considering there is a bunch of 24/7 live chat advertising they shouldn't be offline.

 

Nowhere it says 24/7, and I just went on their site and the livechat is offline, no need to be worried.
Just check back later and provide ur order ID i think and you will get your gold

Obviously poor advertising but you haven't been 'scammed', he just isn't on to give you the gold. When he's back, he will certainly pay you.
You paid him while he's offline expecting him to give you gold lul

 

I had a problem like this once, If you click top left of some livechat's they show as online even though no-one is there. As @Zac said, leave it another few hours before posting a report to be sure.
