Congs max training

Hello everyone below is the proof that my account was perm banned for botting nmz. I would like compensation for the account that was banned (price can be worked out) along with the items i had on the account ( account had 180m in items and 5m cash, had both new prayers unlocked) would also like the cash amount back that i paid for the service (116m), this was my original account which i can prove if needed, worked over a year on it. Below are the screenshots for everything.

@Bhawks already discussed most of this on skype except the tweets because I didn't know you sent them , I'm sure he doesn't mean this as an attack so I won't take it as one, he's just covering all possibilities

@mods he's already sent an appeal and its being looked at ^_^

I'd like to point out that mod weath likes to talk shit out his ass sometimes as I can prove with a few pics and a video



This tweet was sent by me around September last year, though I can't exactly confirm the date.
At the time we had a massive ban wave of over 15 accounts. Now you might ask why is this relevant?
In this particular ban wave, my max account and runecrafting alt and 2K+ total got banned as well as I was logged in on them.
Now you might be thinking why was there no report for this because 15 accounts being banned is nothing small.
Everyone's accounts including mine got unbanned after about a week of rigorous tweeting from myself and some friends from clans.
the accounts sold in question one was owned by @Mercedes and is currently owned by @Mormaii, the Rcing alt is currently owned by @the slayyers. I also confirm this in silentc0re's video

First part: Considering we touch 60-90 accounts a month this isn't that unrealistic, consider that we've had 0 reports in a year.
Now you might think wow that's a big number but there's no way to prove it; so I'll tag some people we're currently training for;

and those are just the people I asked if I could tag and replied instantly and then there's a bunch of x-stakers who don't have sythe/are banned

Second part: as I stated before I have no issues handing over or even letting a mod talk to any of my workers about our practices and guidelines.


Final: The only big difference between now and a month ago is that we're now actively using konduit which shouldn't raise any red flags as major streamers such as thebaby123 have been and are still actively using it.

Proof CONGS DID BOT MY ACCOUNT,

 

I received my email from jagex and it was denied. Basically saying that I am responsible for my account no matter what....

@Azie actually wrote up a well-reasoned post here (he must have been sick because that is very unlike him to do so) and the logic applies to this thread here. Botting bans for services in general are something that we cannot determine fault for. There is usually evidence to suggest either party could have done it, as there is in this thread, so we have to just rule it as no-fault. Jagex also does wrongfully ban users for botting, which is an added complication toward determining who is at fault for a ban because of the chance that the ban is simply bad luck for the account owner and poor judgment by Jagex. It's an unfortunate situation all around and unfortunately in this case (as with many others) we cannot determine who is responsible for the ban

I hear about NMZ Trainers getting banned quite often nowadays (Even when they're not botting), my advice would be not to have more than 6-8 or so accounts per ip. I used to do NMZ training myself doing a lot of accounts at a time and avoided getting hit by using multiple ips for x amount of accounts.
