    Well I'm developing a text-based game and really need a save file for it...If someone can develop a simple source for me that saves likes stats and items, I can probably build off it to improve it to my needs.

    Thanks Covey, and sorry Jazz, always forget about that thing :rolleyes:
    Oh and Jazz, that's openning a .txt file which I already knew how to do. Though, I could use some form of encryption to change things in the txt file, then make the data that of the game...Hmm :)

    Or use an INI file. Really easy to implement.

    I know. A bunch of people in here are going to need VB ranks if we want to be able to help anyone at all. Almost no source to full projects is going to be released because of it
