Mercedes TWC dispute

Report Mercedes [live:mistrytee] (report, this guy has bent this report so badly and make me look dodgy)

What happened: Was meant to sell an acc for 380M. I had no access to my email to change email/pass after I had staked the gold.

I received gold and chucked it in a stake and won (This is irrelevant due to a number of reasons..*)

I went to xfer the account details after the stake, I couldn't get access to my outlook to reset pass/email.
I couldn't recover my account either because I hadn't set up a phone recovery, and had to answer loads of other questions.
Informed him this and said Microsoft take 24 hours to do so.

If I wanted to do this I wouldn't have offered user and pass now lol...wtf
This report is BS against me and I swear on my life I genuinely didn't have access to my outlook




*Why the stake is irrelevant

1) I didn't know I wouldn't be able to access my email
2) Once GP is handed to me, its my gold, I am entitled to do whatever I want with it
3) I said to him ill give user and pass now and email tomorrow, to which he said no because I supposedly had planned to do this. Gyazo - 4bb900cb621d7552dc84639e12d78f68.png

I haven't done much wrong other than not being able to provide the email switch instantly; nonetheless he would have had it tomorrow. If I had lost the stake I'm 100% sure he wouldn't have asked for a refund, he would have waited. He felt hard done by (yes I understand, but had this been my plan I would not have offered user/pass now and email later).

 

You can dispute your TWC in one month but for now your dispute is denied, even if I believed your story you should of checked the email to see if you were able to log into it before putting the account up for sale nevermind staking the guys gold as soon as you get it without checking.
