Just saying, these are the facts.

If you set a precedent then other cases should go along that. I personally have nothing against Hattez, truth is I only reported him because an individual paid me to do it. But if Tmoe is going to say there was no evidence and question the authenticity of the report. Staff were also linked raw video of the hour+ conversation, there was confirmation "I did it.". So that comes back to me, I know you guys are not a fan because of the shit I stirred but I defended myself and was subjected to personal bias when I refused to snitch on Jam3s and eventually a staff member who I won't name (A staff member leaked my SL and I wouldn't give in). Imo, if you're ruling as a court then everyone gets exonerated and the rule should be changed to Sythe won't rule on Tweeting/twitter drama and nobody will get banned from it.

The videos were privated ages ago, the last view was before hattez posted his dispute. So I would like to know what proof you guys had and telling me "we reviewed the videos" when nobody viewed the video.

No staff member tell me "Sythe explicity said he wants you off the forums". @Sythe never viewed neither Hattez's case nor mine. He didn't view the video nor the evidence. I will tell you how it went down, it's the truth. Tmoe went to him and said "Hey we have this wanker kid who won't tell us who leaked him the staff lounge" to which Sythe probably responded with "I don't have time for this, just get rid of him".

This last week was really an eye-opener for me, it showed who the real friends were and who the flakes. It showed who gave a shit about you and who only needs talks to you when they need something. I tried to be constructive to these forums, I worked on many projects on my own personal time, delayed IRL matters and put Sythe at a priority. Why? To prove that people change and not retain the image of being that one guy who is a blackhat scumbag. To the ones who never wronged me, <3 you guys are great friends. To the staff members who wouldn't say anything but disagreed with occurings of my case because you didn't want to be seen as siding with "a scumbag" , I understand. Got to look for your personal best interest first am I right?

Here are some things I worked on these last couple months to try to help Sythe.

- Help promote Sythe on Reddit by upvote botting their threads, giving them the upvote bot.
- Removed 100+ ban evaders
- Wrote a script that ran the Sythe database and if it found a working account, I would report it on this thread: List of Hacked Profiles(s)

- Worked on Sythe RSPS alongside @Syfiends . Planned suggestions and how Richard would monetize it, had a bug team established for final testing.

@Tmoe you can't tell me that I only use Sythe to be malicious and tell me I don't have good intentions when I proved I REALLY wanted to get back to the community to be a part of the market. You never even seen me in the market to judge me, come on. 80% of staff members couldn't even tell me why I was perm banned in October (News flash it wasn't because of blackhat, I confessed to that in December).
