This template doesn't really help me with my situation so I'm not gonna use it.

I was recently banned due to ban evading and I'm confused as to why, seeing as my original pardon was accepted and I was allowed to create another account. I've been speaking to Shin about my history and he's saying that I've been banned numerous times for ban evading and once for scamming. The chain of bans linked with my account started with the scam report placed under someone else's name which somehow linked to me.

Smd is a scammer/ scam evader I'm not sure how this links to me in any way shape or form. I haven't played original Runescape since 2007 and I have no idea who's Skype account that is. I'm actually surprised that this happened. I expected things to be looked into with detail before making a judgement call and I don't actually see any evidence that points towards me.

I was heavily in the rsps scene in 2007-2015 and have been staff on many top-end servers. I used Sythe as a platform to catch RWTers, which I know was against Sythe's rules but as a member of staff I prioritized -server- over this site (Please note: I would not accept/steal said user's gold or items as it'd be a form of scamming). I would create/borrow accounts to catch rwters and remove them from the server. This is the only reason I can think of as to why I would get banned originally.

I appealed my ban evading punishment (Back in 2015 sometime) and explained everything (catching rwters etc) where it was accepted and I was free to do whatever I wanted. I've only recently started using it again to sell one of my League of Legends accounts. "Leagueacc4sale" was created Apr 3, 2017 and has just been banned for ban evading.

If you would look into this scam accusation and prove how it's linked to me I'd greatly appreciate it.

Were there any other accounts you can recall breaking the rules on?

 

The only accounts I remember using are Indux and Pentonix. This is over the course of 10 years or so so I don't recall every account I created/borrowed.

The ip you posted this dispute from matches the majority of these account's locations. I have concrete proof that all of these accounts belong to you. What do you have to say about these?

I have absolutely no idea how these are linked to me, especially the accounts "Dream." and "Smd" (as I haven't played original Runescape since 2007). What sort of evidence do you have to support this?

I don't know why I was banned in the first place. I'm assuming it's because I was uncover as a private server member of staff trying to catch rwters. Which account was banned first?

I have no idea lol. This was ages ago and I thought it was dealt with.

I asked to see the proof of me scamming as I've clearly been set up.

There's no rush but I'd rather a quick response as I'm banned for no reason.

 

This has been sitting a while as the moderator originally handling it was demoted. Anyway, I'm not sure if you're disputing your ban, or requesting a pardon?

@Wortel you issued this ban for evasion and I'm having trouble searching for the pardon that was claimed to have been made (on my phone and having no luck)

 

This is the fourth time I've asked for PROOF. I'm sure you're well aware that images can be faked and I'm telling you that I've been setup, so if you could 'investigate' I'd appreciate it.

In response to your question, what's the difference between disputing a ban and requesting a pardon? I want to be unbanned so I can continue selling my League of Legends account.

I've waited 2 weeks for this shit to be handled and it's starting to piss me off. I've been falsely banned and this staff team is shit.
