    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : look it didnt match to just one but every single account in the audit is banned with a same hashed ip as him just before/after ban (bar 1). might be wrong but was far to fishy to let lay. thanks

    @Cost thanks for the report but we really do need more than just IP matches. Do you have anything else that matches? Most matches are VPN's btw.

    No sorry. i thought the report might not be enough but as i said was to suspicious in my eyes to just let go, sorry about it being so scarce. is there a way i can tell most are vpn's for future reference?

    .166 and .169 are VPS web hosting matches.
    .209, .184 and .152 are VPN matches.

    No there's not really anything you can do to make sure it's a VPN match.
    I usually just searched for other matches in such cases.
