    I resent it to the direct support mail, they answered me, they'll handle it in the next 1-3 days, where the last day is today - let's see how it goes.
    Never had this problems with small amount accounts though..

    I have a problem with PA and I believe I have been scammed by them. Here's a link to a post I made with the entire situation in full detail: PSA: PlayerAuctions.com is a scam site.

    I was told by an admin to leave a brief summary here.

    My Order ID is 2814877. At this point I doubt PA is going to own up to their scam but it's worth a try. I sold a Hearthstone account for $250 USD, but didn't receive any payment from PA. After 2 weeks of errors and setbacks, I finally received an email from PayPal stating that I received a payment from playerauctions.com for $214.75 USD. However, 6 minutes later I received another email from PayPal stating that the payment has been canceled by playerauctions.com. My PayPal account shows an empty balance.

    Even though I provided proof to PA that I have not received the payment, PA is now refusing to send the money and they are refusing to respond to my emails/messages. There is substantial evidence that I have been scammed by PA directly (not an individual member of the site). I believe that they sent and canceled the payment on purpose just so that the order details page shows "payment completed" (an administrator terminated the order after that, so the cancellation wouldn't show in the event log). If you read my post in the link above you can find all the details.

    PA, if you read this can you please let this scam go and just send me the payment?

    I have same issue, have been waiting on disbursement since April 22. Can't get any response from anywhere i tried to contact them. No email response, the live chat isn't working at all (not sure if they removed the option), I even tried Facebook but of course no response

    You know maybe actual non-Chinese gold sellers might consider selling on PA if your system was not so shit that the same 10 sellers are listed on page 1 and its impossible for anyone to join PA and actually sell because the Chinese and same sellers have runescape gold,accounts and other filled with 20 million listings.

    There's a reason nobody on here sells via PA, its trash and how you guys handle listings for new sellers vs old is trash.

    Want to fix your company?
    - Fix your trash support, hire people that actually know the markets and aren't some polish or Chinese randoms that get paid $1/hour
    -Give listing benefits to new sellers so they actually have a chance to get on the first page of listings for stuff and limit the amount of listings in a market to like 3 for the Chinese sellers.
    -Get people that actually know what their doing handling disputes and case resolutions, I could handle your cases 500x better than ur agents do.
    -Reduce your fees, what you take is outrages for the gold market, 15% margins - ur fee basically leave gold sellers with nothing, add a tiered selling system, as you sell and get feedback your fees gradually reduce because your a safe seller.

    I could honesty run your company better than you guys are and I've only got an associates in Business admin right now lol.
