Why you ask?

Litecoin is having a "soft fork" in exactly 12 days time that is being called "segwit" so far its stayed out of the major crypto news forums but the volume on LTC is top 5 on every exchange- I'm of the belief this indicates people are trying to get in while its lower before everyone and their mother buys in.

You should expect to see a gradual raise in price as the 12 days gradually runs out.

As always this is just my personal opinion, I'm no crypto god or sythe, So far though I've made very good returns on every investment I've made.

NOTICE: you are buying into the coin at mid-point, litecoin was down to $4/coin quite a while ago, the fork is what will push the price past the $20 point.

I'm not expecting LTC to be better than any coin.

Merely advising people the fork will be getting ALOT of attention back on LTC and since everyone thinks its a positive(over 80% of their miners supported it), theres a good chance to make some good money in the short-term here.

I certainly don't believe its better than other cryptos we have discussed, but there is certainly the chance for good profit here.

It's also getting a lot of attention because people are starting to think this sort of soft fork may help improve bitcoins problem aswell.

As the 12 days closes in more and more hype and people will buy in and all the news sites will be writing for it.

I don't expect it to be a fortune maker or suddenly revolutionize an industry, but I really do think its got a shit ton of hype and advertisement heading its way.

Anyway off 2 bed, ttyl and remember only buy what you can afford- I'm not some guru this is just my opinion guys.

LTC up 6%, as I said you should see a gradual raise each day leading up to it.

Up $300 already on LTC alone.

 

Would invest if I wasn't 500 deep in xrp, I imagine that its a good idea to be conservative with when you choose to sell

Up 2.4% again today, gradually raising.

Up 0.7 btc so far in the last 48 hours.

 

LTC down 6% today, literally every alt crypto is preforming poorly today due to the giant growth in BTC price lately.

Will expect a rebound when BTC stops rising so damn much.

 

Seems reasonable, Bittrex doesn't offer USD conversions yet though so I've been using BTC out of habit.
I don't like comparing cryptos vs BTC anyway, USD is much easier but that requires me to go to polo.

Down 8% may very well be because BTC is spiking so much, I understand the logic of what your saying but I am aware the decrease may be due to the BTC spike not a price drop.
