Fix vouches so they can't be abused.

Heres a small example:

Lets say i sell 500bil to arcusgold, arcus is a highly trusted sythe user with tons of feedback, obviously the only way the trade will happend is, i will give him the gold then get paid.
After the trade is done, vouches are exchanged.

So this means, i can just grab the vouch, and on my next sale i can use it like this:
Ex: '500b+ sold' or '50k$+ traded' selling rs account

This will misslead people and get them scammed (new users mostly)

Make some sort of rule where only vouches were you took some sort of risk upfront or ones where MM was used (proves u have good intentions) to be allowed only.

 

No support. I always check someones vouches to see whether they went first or not regardless of what is advertised.

For good intentions, those vouches should count shouldn't they? Considering they DID sell the gold they were trying to sell; hence good intention (not trying to scam)

 

No support on this. The trade did go through and a vouch is a acknowledgement of a good trade. You should ALWAYS look through someone's vouches and deem them trustworthy yourself. I also wouldn't want a trade where i didn't get a vouch because i didn't go first. It wouldn't help me in the future.


Edit: Forgot the mention this. This would also hurt highly trusted users from getting vouches all together because they're the ones who usually go last. It would make gold farmers look like they're not getting any trades and possibly make them look shady.

Nope.

Everyone should fully check and do they their research before trading with another person, including the legitimacy of their vouches and if they think it's an acceptable amount of reputation to deem them trustworthy for the trade.

Also for new users, any kind of vouch for a transaction (going first or second) can really help them get a kick start to begin going second in the first place.

 

Who cares if its $100b trades 10k vouches or $0 trades -5 vouch?
In the end, its the buyers choice. You can be smart and see who is trusted or not, or learn the hard way.

 

Who cares if you sold 5B or 10M when you have no vouches.

Selling a shit ton of gold doesnt make you trust worthy lmao
