How they scammed: I rented a max main for 1 hour and about 30-40mins in I was booted off the account for 250M (210M +pegaisian + arms chain skirt.) I didn't record me staking because I wasn't expecting such a high trusted user to scam. After being scammed I changed my ip went back on mushy gold to rent a max main for 30 mins and auto chatted 1b to see if they would boot me off, i recorded this and have all proof on a youtube video with a voice commentary.

1) I've been working with the same team for over a year now and there are many more stakers who stakes billions while john is working also they are sythe users sells me gold but i am not going to name them here.And further more i've no scam report in my sythe carrier for max main before and john is not a new worker.

2) I've never seen whenever you change the pass client freezes if you'll recover the account you'll either keep playing or via forgot my password tab you get the user offline not like client freeze as far as i know. (correct me if i'm mistaken)

3) There are no proof he had the money 250M or cash/item i can see he and his friend spammed on our livechat with the scam thing they have made up with.


I say they have made up with because john has rented maybe 10-15 max mains tonight while he was working in the 6hours i think and only 2 chat i can see with scam thing as they say he and his friend i can show the actual proof if moderators will ask it for we had no other clients unhappy.

 

As I said in the video, I was pretending to stake 1b to see if i would get booted.


In the screenshot provided he denys that john scams and he says that john wouldn't be able to rwt the gold. Is he retarded? he is literally running a gold selling website.
How would be able to freeze my own client, i was recording the entire time. My osbuddy freezes when i get disconnected... watch the video, it is 100% proof of being booted off the account. although i can't prove i had 250m on it i was able to prove that he had scammed a potential 1b. He also scammed my deposit money...

I have had experiences in the past where my headset comes unplugged and it freezes my client for whatever reason. I'll try to re-create it to show that you can freeze osbuddy clients. Also I would like to point out that if you recover an account and try to set it to the same password you get the error: Gyazo - 1d9ca8e10c997bab46795e1a79795603.png... Which means you would have to obtain a new password from livechat.

On the picture check the times please the guy asked for info and told for the client freeze at 5.29 my agent resend the info at 5.29 aswell right after he asked for that.

It is impossible for someone to recover the account take the wealth on the account and change back the password to original one in seconds.

 

The reason this is possible is because he was ready to scam. John had clearly booted us off the acc as seen in the video. I also do believe that our video+photo evidence is a lot stronger than simply one picture. I mean if you have a video of johns POV I would love to see that. At this point I would also like to point out your "slogan" that "It's better to lose money than to lose TRUST." along with unplugging your headphones, i had two clients to demonstrate that I could not possibly disconnect myself as one client ran smooth, the one i was staking "1b" seemed to have "randomly" frozen, which is what happens when you change the password.

Only john and you know about how fast he gave you the details i'm pretty sure it didn't take longer than 15 seconds i have asked my livechat company but they can't provide me the seconds you are talking, only the minutes.

even the guy who tried to do it in 34 seconds failed it at first place.It is not a normal time a person can recover the account remove the wealth on the account and set back the password and give to you the account.

Top of that in that gyazo you are providing the account is getting connection issue and logged out not similar like in the video freeze.

I've made some reasearch about it and client freeze depends on the computer you have and the FPS you get not because of a password change further more i recommend you using normal oldschool client if your computer is running at a high FPS.


And hopefully moderators will solve this.

Apologies for the delay in handling this report. After reviewing the evidence and consulting with staff, it was decided to leave the decision as no punishment for either party. Some of the proof that was presented is suspect (namely the fact that it was claimed that the renter was presented with a different password when he requested the account information again, which was not the case, and the manner in which the client was frozen/account was shown to have been booted off), and it can't be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that this was either a frame attempt or an actual rental scam.

This judgment is consistent with how we have handled similar situations in the past, but if you have any further questions please feel free to send me a message.
