    Won't let me get a reason
    Trying to PM a staff member for the reason of my Trade with Caution rank but it's giving me an error,
    and I need the reason to fill out the template as asked.

    There's a pending investigation against you and the DNT will be there until the investigation is completed. You can post whatever you needed to send in a PM in the dispute forum and only staff will be able to see it.
