Runescape hacking is fake and doesn't exist. But to believe that I don't know if he cracked it or not with the proof he shows only pictures no cracking.

 

He didn't hack RUNESCAPE he hacked RUNESCAPE ACCOUNTS. But even so, they look a bit fake.
