Ahfederation been 5 years still dont know why

Hello ,
I'm appealing for a pardon, I got ban around 3-4 years ago ,I dont really rember,I came back here after alots of time ,I created a new user and it got ban for ban evasion ,I forgot that I was still ban.
Its been too long ,I'm requestion a pardon ,I don't even know why I got ban in the first place,It's been like 4 years.
I just got scam by someone accounts rental ,he took the benefit that I was ban to take all the cash on the account I was suppose to rent ....
