1) they STILL have not any stock for 2 weeks now and have not had stock since inception
2) i have lost more and more customers because they say my prices are bad when in reality im the CHEAPEST seller of furiouspk in the server

To be honest I had more than sufficient evidence the first time I filed a report but I guess because rsgoldfund is $500 donator so he is above the rules, but how is it fair?

so how can u advertise a fake price that is 400% cheaper than the current market place, yet u NEVER actually sell a dime at that price and never even have stock at that price?

What if all OSRS gold sites start advertising "selling osrs gp for $0.25/1mil guaranteed!" just to get more attention to their site but never actually sell at that rate?

I feel it is COMPLETELY unfair and I request that they remove their fake pricing.

Let me make this clear: I do not care about someone's donation status. Their cases will be handled as anybody else and your accusation on such a matter is baseless, annoying, and damages community-staff relations.

It is worth noting that you and Bus are competing gold sellers and there is incentive for you to have him stop advertising at rates that are better than your own. You are not an unbiased party.

Anyway, @Bus369 if you can show you have recently attempted to buy/sell gold at your rates, you're able to keep advertising it; if not, then you are effectively manipulating the market with fake advertising of gold you do not have and have not attempted to purchase.

there is no incentive for me at all bcause if he is ACTUALLY selling at that price, then I will BUY IT becaue that price is 400% cheaper than the market rate so I can easily resell it for a massive profit
I have checked their site many times a day for 2 weeks and even longer before that and they do not SELL at that price
and they have not had stock since inception

If they advertise that price but have no stock for 1 hour, 2 hours, then thats ok

but if they advertise that price and have not had stock for months, I feel that is UNFAIR

I know my market better than ANYONE so I know for a fact their rate is completely impossible.

Its like a gold site selling osrs gp for $0.25/1mil, u just know its not possible.

If I felt furiouspk would sell at a higher rate, it would be set higher, it makes no sense for me to be selling it LOWER than other people, I feel it does not sell at that price ur trying to force me into.

I think your salty that my site gets a ton of RSPS traffic and everyone seeing furiouspk low is fucking ur business.

Fournately I am allowed to buy and sell at the prices I desire and there have been no suppliers, let me make this clear-

There's been no SELLERS, not that we haven't TRIED purchasing, if we were claiming to buy and we aren't- then we'd be breaking the market rules.

But we ARE trying to purchase, just at different rates, if you don't like the rates, sucks to be you.

sythe rules state ur advertised prices must be PROMPTLY updated.
You have not had stock for months.
You cannot say "I am advertising 2k/$1 but nobody is willing to sell for 4k/$1".

If nobody has sold you stock for MONTHS lower than the rate u advertised, then that means your rate is NOT accurate. Does that make sense?

I have been ACTIVELY selling on that server for over half a year.

For example, OSRS site cannot advertise "SELLING $0.25/$1mil" but when u try to buy they say "oh sorry, we haven't had anyone sell us 10mil for $1 therefore we can't sell u at that rate yet" because that is false advertising under sythe rules.

 

Sucks.

I've checked your site few times every day for over 2 weeks and u havent had stock and are unwilling to sell at the rate you advertised.. so why can't u just take your fake price off then?
