Wine and 69 scammed me....

Well I just got scammed....

I originally didnt even plan on buying his account. He pm me when I was going to buy someone elses. He was all like "Oh I got vouchers im trustworthy". So I was like oh ok then and bought his. He told me that he didnt take money from paypal only osrs gp cuz I was new. So he told me to go to Treegp and buy gold from them. He knew the gold seller because the gold seller said they would be with me in 15 minutes, he pmed them I assume and told them I was going to the dentist so I got my gold right away. I then went to lumbridge where we traded. After that he told me on Skype that it was going to take 12 hours for the email to transfer. Im a fucking idiot... I was like oh ok thats cool. 12 hours later he was like oh it got delayed for another 8 hours. 6 hours later I asked for a refund. He said to wait 2 hours more if it didn't come ill get a full refund. I waited about 4 more hours. He didn't respond to me in pms. So I posted in his thread again and he was a bitch and said since I did that I wasn't getting my money back. Now here we are.

This wasn't a scam in any way. We agreed on waiting for 8 hours since I had already sent jagex a mail and I told him I'm going to sleep once the 6 hours was done..

Yes we agreed another 8 hours on top of the 12 hours which is already ridiculous enough... and guess what I waited. And guess what you were offline and I waited over 2 more hours on top of the 8 hours. And then you said you weren't going to refund my money even though I didn't receive the account. I told you hours ago to just give me my refund and I would forget about all this.
