Recovered a purchased acc

I'm sorry but you said this AFTER you had already Pmed me saying the account was banned.

What does me telling you after have to do with anything? Don't accuse when you're speaking nonsense.

 

If you told me at 10:00 April the 18th that the Account in question was BANNED, to me in a private message. ( which the screen shot is posted above)
And then said at 12:03 April the 19th. "it seems the acc is not banned. But still denied recovery"

You lied to get a refund.

 

@rivenstarz This is why I said the thread should be closed and your posts were not needed... I said the situation is settled because I realized it was banned. I incorrectly thought that Jagex would inform me it would be banned and that's the reason my appeal request was denied but they said it was for lack of information. This made think the account is still open. Hence the "it SEEMS the acc is not banned. But still denied recovery"
