Evansoldschoolrs123 - Got scammed 10M 07

User that scammed me @Evansoldschoolrs123

He made me a custom account without any trouble, so I made him a new offer for 2 new accounts.
We made a deal that he would complete me 2 custom accounts, he would supply them and bond them up and I would pay 50M 07 after completion.
Then he asked me if I could pay 10M of the 50M upfront so he could use that to bond them up and supply them, so I did.
Now after 3 weeks the accounts are cleared and he has made like no progress, the accounts are cleared and he hasn't replied me for weeks.
I've sent him skype messages and pmed him on sythe, but he hasn't replied even though he has been online.

I don't know, but it is the same guy for sure. He made a custom account for me before with 30 attack 64 strength and 69 range and you can see him updating me about the progress he has made on the account on this Skype "live:d1a48b075d0e39f7".
