There are no other requirements other than the one listed on the thread.

 

Just out of curiosity and with the knowledge that I have, does anything think there could be a Moderator specifically for the Runescape Private Server Section? I feel that alot goes down in the section that is either over looked or simply just handled as quickly as possible.

I have been buying/selling with my own shop in the section for about 5 months now and its where about 75% of my vouches are from, but during my time, I have encountered many ban evaders, scammers, potential RSPS staff members, actual RSPS staff members, and I feel that the section could be alot more safe for buyers and sellers if there was a Moderator that was over looking the section without the distraction of other sections.

This is just my opinion. I see a lot of people posting twice or three times, and then end up being banned before the day is over with.

I look forward to feedback from the staff, even if my idea is not even viable, I just felt like bringing up the idea.

 

That just seems to be the nature of that section, its the same with introductions forum in regards to vaders ect.

If somebody is not in compliance with the rules report them, but a specific moderator for that section would he useless because of the activity of that section imo

 

I figured that the activity of the section would have a lot to do with it.

But the information given is not always the truth or real reason why you were denied. So don't read too much into what they tell you on your denial or "try to improve" it.

Take it from someone who was denied for no donation status, then donated, and then told it wasn't donation that was the reason.

Then denied for "racism" which later was retracted without giving the actual reason for denial.

Then denied for "being salt" when I had given a formal and genuine apology for "being salt" that I was denied for racism, even though I still feel as though it was justified to feel salty considering the mountains of racist shit the staff have said and say.

Then denied for "being inactive" when I hadn't missed a day on this site for a few months in a row.

Which is all fine and good, just wish they would be upfront and honest about reasons. So I agree with @Sonia I think the actual discussions should be released.

I've had so many staff contradict the reasons I was given for my denials it's ridiculous and yet I'm still totally unclear why I was actually denied each time.

Also what roles would a security moderator have if someone applied for it? Just seems an inactive section
