    Yeah not really sure if this is a troll? If it wasn't is there any point to this, what's the next steps for the account?

    They could actually be botted on, high qp accounts seem to have a lot lower ban rate, that way you could probably make your money back and it wouldn't be a complete waste of $400.

    If you consider the hours I guess that is pretty cheap. There is a step by step guide to get barrow gloves from scratch somewhere I wonder if they use that.

    Sounds like a pretty good deal to me, I would probably charge $250 for a quest cape if you had all the requirements and gear ready for me. But $200 per is great to.
