Assuming you mean Uranus, I bought it on or before 8/22/16 at 6:36AM (see below) and am still in possession of to this day, never having sold it in the past.

This is the earliest password reset email I could find on the email the RSN is registered to, I put a crudely drawn yellow rectangle around the date. I also went ahead and only covered half of all the other emails linked to the account so you could see the email I use is "@auc.com" for accounts I personally make which the RSN in question does not have. If you need proof that the email listed still has the display name I'll let you login to it.

Don't remember which names I didn't fill out so I'll do it again - again please hide this. I'd also like to say that I've had literally hundreds of names in my possession in the past and forgetting them isn't hard. In case you're using this for proof I'll also go ahead and tell you what happened with each individual name. And as mentioned I don't even have access to the old Skype with username "comedykf" but I'll contact the company. I hardly find it reasonable that I even have to show proof of a name I've had for so long, do you expect people to keep chat logs of every name they buy? And what about names they never had proof of, if someone reports it as sniped what can they do? I don't care who manages this case so long as I'm not banned for circumstantial evidence like I am currently.

Censored out a few things for obvious reasons but willing to provide uncensored screenshots privately even though it shouldn't be necessary. Looking forward to being unbanned. Also, @Tmoe failed to reply to my other reply and it's been ~4 days so I'll ask another mod to handle this as I'd like to get unbanned as soon as possible.

 

@Tmoe can you look into this, see what can be made public and possible merge it with Banned

 

@video @Shin @Sythe I trust you with handling my case, so far I've only had one mod who is refusing to give me anything to appeal. My username is @KLucius and I was banned for "Name sniping - Uranus". I showed proof that I in fact did not snipe it and instead bought it, and I now have further proof on this issue but apparently I've again been banned for something else. Tmoe refused to show me the evidence so I have nothing to appeal effectively leaving me guilty until proven innocent. Give me a chance to prove myself innocent.

Tmoe claimed that a user by the name of "Tristin" sent either him or an associate of his a screenshot, she did not. Tristin even tried to contact Tmoe and asking what he was on about, he straight up ignored her. Show me the proof of my ban so I can appeal it.

 

I never said Tristin provided me or anyone else with information; however, they were present in your admission to sniping the name. Her PM further incriminated you, declaring she was not a snitch (snitch about what?) and it was quite evident she had been attacked by you all for believing she "ratted" you out. Rat being her word, not mine.

Your appeal's only avenue centers around you claiming you were framed. Having someone that claims to be you and tristin's presence further linking you is more than enough. This aforementioned evidence cemented your ban and was asked to not be made public for who it would incriminate.

All of this is compounded by a know sniper being co owner in your clan and somehow getting names that you or bonesack happen to get sniped from during trades.

Again, your case was accessible to ALL OF STAFF. This was not some unilateral decision.

I'll leave it open to allow some staff input, but upon concurrence, it will be closed.

 

Give me a chance to appeal

The proof doesn't have to be made public, but I have every right to know what I was banned for so give it to me personally. I was either framed or the account that admitted to it was an account I sold. This is fucking ridiculous but I'm sure a real mod will do what's meant to be done and let me see it. Also Tmoe, I know ridiculous accusations are a part of your game but all Tristin saw was you bringing her name up in a reply on my other appeal talking about her in a negative way which is why she bitched at you

I have asked other staff to chime in, but we have no obligation to provide sensitive evidence to you, it exists and all of staff can account for it.

 

Tmoe has pretty much covered every point that needs to be brought up. We don't have to provide you any evidence, and there is more than enough to warrant a ban.

 

Due to the overwhelming amount of evidence Tmoe has presented, we will be denying this. Feel free to post a pardon.
