Closer - Why was I banned for evasion?

An incorrect ban was placed on @Closer for evasion. Who am I evading as? I don't see anything under the ban evasion or scammer archives on this. There's other members on my IP audit from using a VPN, but none of them are me. Also, I'm posting this from my home IP.

Edit: If there's anything that I need to prove just let me know, I honestly don't know what the ban was for.

Edit 2: Alright, I see it says I'm 'Top Elite'. I have no idea who this is, they don't even come up on my IP audit at all.
