i don't, nor do i have my workers screenshot when buying gold. i do screenshot every time we deliver gold though.

 

@Treegp you run a gold shop and do not screenshot everything?... such practices are common and are of upmost importance in situations like these.

Please screenshot all the logs, upload them, and send them to a staff member for us to look over.

Given the first successful trade with the user in question and neither side being fully able to back up their story, I am leaning towards a 50/50 split. There is a certain risk you take as a gold company and you are in charge of mitigating your own risk and gathering all the evidence you need should any dispute arise.

This being a preliminary judgement which is subject to change with both staff input and/or more evidence

 

@Tmoe screenshotting when you buy gold is not required, if i knew it was required, i would do it. When you are wagering 500m to someone and as you hit accept you see nothing happening, your thought process isnt to take a screenshot, its to spam click decline before you potentially lose 500m to a random person on your site.

 

I know it's not required, but requirements do not equivocate to suggested safe business practices. Even in smaller trades I would record the entire event and screenshot when needed.

I'd be interested in hearing from other website gold sellers and gathering some of their thoughts.

 

Something else came across my mind, @Treegp you do realize once a player gets the disconnect message (in this case due to a ban) anything they do does not register? You say you spam hit decline after you saw the message, none of your clicks following the disconnect message would have registered. You said you had initially accepted the third duel, it's safe to assume you entered the stake. The only question in place is if you had Auto-retaliate enabled or not. Please also try to view this situation from the eyes of the OP.

 

if you dc before the fight starts you xlog and disappear from the stake.. Or, you dont even go into the stake. I didnt get a disconnection message, and if i did it was for a millisecond, It was lag, then instantly logged off (which happens when you get banned) and i'm very confident i xlogged and he saw that and thought he could get free $ out of it. Why the fuck wouldnt he screenshot , when there was problems instantly after the transaction?

Can i mod pm me ur skype so i can screenshare legit theres 3 convos of like 2 hours and prob 50 gyazos worth

Edit: let's not forget those chat logs to see how long I stood around after he disconnected waiting for him to pay me my money I clearly DID NOT kill him he killed me and he's trying to find the littlest most petty ways to put me down.

& this is when i fully decided , even though i was NOT required to pay you, i wasnt going to. You can ask my manger and worker i was in a skype call with them teling them i just wanted to pay you to get it over with, even if you did scam me, to prevent this drama. But nah you had full acknowledgement of what was going on moments after i got banned, and didnt take any screenshots, but sent me a random screenshot of you standing where we were without including any defeat screen, chat log saying you were defeated, scoreboard? I told you i wanted to trade, you told me you wanted to stake, legit nothing adds up, and if anything did, i would have paid you, just like i have paid out hundreds of thousands of dollars on my site
