    I know it won't change anything voting happened whatever over it but seriously these are the reasons I get?
    -Select staff unable to take you seriously

    This is basically the same BS "beef with staff" that Astro gave me, and since my last rejection I have tried to reach out to staff members and everyone denies having a problem with me and all say I'm good. So this makes it seem like multiple people just think I'm a joke. It would be nice if someone would actually nut up and tell me they don't like me. Because since my last rejection I haven't said anything in PM or non-SF that has been unprofessional. This just shows the bias of closed voting. Maybe if applications included an interview where people could actually talk to me they would see who I am.
    -Having potential, but not portraying qualities of a moderator in the current PR role
    -
    Fine I'll own it but the last 3 projects PR team has been working on are sitting in Richards PMs waiting for his ok/ perms. But no one would know that unless you actually talked to me........ Again stupidity of these applications
    -Time off from being in the hospital may have been a factor (not directed against you)

    Not directed against you but on the list of reasons i was denied, I was offline for SIX (6) days because my doctors thought I was suicidal and staff even have the nerve to put this in the post. This was the one that disappointed me the most, after clocking 4-6 hours on sythe daily since last summer I go away for 6 days due to emergency medical reasons and you put it as a reason for denial. Super disappointed

    Don't know why I even bothered to type this as no one will end up reading it but if by the off chance someone does I hope a change to the selection process could be made that includes an actual talk/interview so that people actually have a chance to explain/defend themselves.
