• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I have never seen any proof of me scamming users on Hack-forums. I indeed did get banned on that shitty site, but it was for calling out that fat fuck omni after i got scammed 2 times by trusted members. I would really like to see the evidence behind this, cause i can assure you i have never scammed anyone on that site.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Ban evading, i made this account to keep doing the graphics as i love that hobby and sythe was the best place to make money with it.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I dont really know what kind of events led to me getting banned, but i can assure you that i have changed from those times. I have been dealing with lots of users and all of them can vouch for me that i have indeed paid everything and never done anything to hurt the community of sythe.

I see the post in the screenshot about you stating xxx is a scammer. But where does it show that's your ban reason?

I cant find any conclusive evidence about my ban, but thats cause there is no reports that led to me getting banned on hack forums.
I got rep fucked and account closed for the Ub3r's post where i called omni out for not banning scammers.

Reading your pardon again after some evidence I have seen it seems left out information. You left out about:
Why you got banned here
You missed out offences such as keylogging and e-whoring (no mention)

When I showed you evidence you said yes that's why you got banned on Sythe which means it's not something you actually forgot.

We sometimes give another chance for a user to come clean so I'd prefer to get some more opinions on this pardon. @Tmoe @Hahanerd @Tyler @Superfluous @Mootrucks

 

If there's been deliberate attempts at misinformation, I do not support a pardon; however, I would be fine with a DNT and see how 6 months of community participation w/o market treats ya.

 

Okay, so there came out some other reports about my original account "BLAKAGFX" and those reports were about netflix accounts that i tried to sell.
I did not include this to my new pardon cause i really didint even remember about that, its been like 2-3 years from that ban??

I tried finding some more proof about the guy but he has blocked me on skype:

So i cant give any more info about this wrong doing.

I never sold single netflix account, back then i wasnt aware that selling cracked accounts was illegal.

And what comes to the claims from azie that i have "Keylogged" someone, i have never user keyloggers nor any "Hacker stuff" against other people. I have read alot about rats and loggers, but didint do it to harm or hack anyone. the purpose of learning hacking was just something that i felt like doing when i had alot of time in my hands.

I have never tried to hurt members of any forum that i have been part of, you can ask from anyone.
I've made alot of money on sythe with something that i really enjoy doing "GFX" and i wouldnt risk that for something like "Keylogging" someone for like runescape account or some shit..

Im not a bad guy nor an asshole. I could get alot of vouches but i just made a vouch thread before i got banned. If you ask around people they can tell you that i am a legit user with no intentions to hurt anyone.

Me and ultraboost just got in to a problem where he paid 80$ dice loss trough paypal, but then i got an email from paypal that they cant get the money from Ultraboost's bank account so they have to cancel the payment. Well, ultraboost then paid me trough BTC but never got hes paypal money back, so I called paypal and tried to sort everything out, just so he would get hes money back and i wouldnt be accused of anything.

I know that what i got banned for "E-whoring and selling netflix accs" was really wrong to do, but back then i was home all day with nothing to do with my life, just trying to make it trough life and get some money to feed my kid and family. Im still home all day, now im retired cause of a real hard depression, and graphics was one of the things that i used to fund stuff for my family. If i cant make money by something that i enjoy doing, i dont really know what to do.

Before someone says "Get a job", i wish it would be that fucking easy, i never finished school cause i got kicked out cause of my depression, they said "Your head is not sorted so school is just gonna make you feel even shittier" and thats what i did, i left the school and now its been 4 years on heavy medication but still nothing really goes right. Graphics was something that i used to fund nice stuff for my family, ive spent the money i made on taking my kiddo to places and buying shit for us.
