    And also, I'm always fearful of investing in cryptocurrency due to the uncertainty in the market that comes with it. I'd rather profit with stocks, but I'm willing to give cryptocurrency a chance.

    Rich help me obtain ripple and it's really exciting to watch and to see all the good things that are happening with Ripple at the moment . It's fairly easy to buy and it's very very cheap atm. Highly suggest buying some.

    Very few people get rich trading public stocks. Most people who get rich on the stock market have the privilege of getting stock pre-IPO

    with cryptos you can buy them before the public bubble hits and so you get to be in that position

    You can use this wallet offline on a computer not connected to the net.

    Ripple wallets are just a key pair. You send XRP to your public key. You use private key to send that XRP somewhere else later.

    Hardware wallet would just remember your private key.

    It's not really comparable to other coins. It's competing in the enterprise and banking spaces. Other coins compete in the consumer purchase space.

    don't wanna rain on the parade of sythe members getting involved, but if you're looking for short term profit, this isn't the coin

    it's got a pretty hopeless 24 hour trade volume, so if you invest you are just betting that big rich is right in the long-run

    If you're investing in XRP due to possible bank adoption, my personal opinion is that I wouldn't touch it with a 50 foot pole. If anything, banks will participate in testing several cryptocurrencies, but ultimately it will likely fall into the hands of the R3 consortium to build their final product. That is the future of centralized cryptos. Decentralized cryptos will still have a place on the internet as it covers other use cases besides currency transfers.

    I traded XRP last year during the price decline of BTC after the halving. Highest it hit was around 1.5k sats. Now it is at 700. Good thing I didn't hold. Not to mention, there are still 63 billion coins not in circulation right now..

    The R3 product is in its infancy whereas ripple is ready for production.

    Banks don't develop their own operating systems and software. They pick viable market solutions where they can get support. If their systems fail they stand to lose a lot.

    I don't think R3 stands a chance against ripple tbh

    How much did you invest when you were recommending btc? I remember seeing that thread and btc being $5-10. That's pretty much the reason I'll invest into this, on top of 2 people saying they have as well but you recommending it tells me enough that I don't need to do any deep reading into this.
