6month infraction ?

i saw on the rules that infractions are only supposed to last one month but i got a 6month infraction for trolling?

can a mod or admin please verify or remove the infraction kthx

 

We take the support forum very seriously, I'm surprised you were not forum banned from it. Moderators have the ability to extend infractions, however in this case I'll get a globals opinion on it.

I would rather see the infraction extended to a personal support ban and I would like to step up enforcement of trolling in personal support. It is a zero tolerance section and quite a few people have been posting in it with no intent to help.

Edit: But still move the infraction to 1 month expiration

I'm going to fix this for you as per Tmoes request. If you troll further in the personal support expect to be banned from the subforum.

i think 1 month infraction is fine in this case. i wouldnt be opposed to one-day bans for mild support forum trolling in the future though
