You've been here for less than a month and you're trying to correct staff decisions in bulk as if they weren't made for a fucking reason. Do you really see yourself as that much more intelligent and capable than people who've given arm & leg to make this place better over years of activity? I'm guessing the answer is yes, because that would also explain why you feel as entitled to think that staff is deliberately "ignoring" you, as opposed to not having the entire day to cater to your asinine ideas.
