When a user is banned, and requests a DNT, several things are to be considered. Some of those things include: how much you scammed, how much you have repaid, and how long you have been banned for. You need to be quite a bit more precise than 'thousands'. You have made no attempts, to repay. You have served not more than a few days. Other things might include how remorseful you are. You don't seem to show any remorse whatsoever - you probably thought you could make a quick buck then rejoin the community; that's not how the DNT works, the DNT aims (in this situation) to punish people, and only after that punishment period has elapsed, if a debt still remains, then a DNT will be given to reflect that.

Sythe has posted some guidelines in the staff lounge, and one of them was around $200 for every 6 months of ban-time. Since you claim to have scammed 'thousands', I take it that means at least $2,000. That would mean based on Sythe's guidelines, you would need to serve 5 years of ban-time. I personally think 5 years is a bit harsh, so maybe 2-3 years. See you in 2020.
