Reporting Empire GP for attempting a scam

Explanation of the trade:
A non Sythe user called Billy Trader wanted to buy 1M OSScape Gold for 15M 07 from @Empire GP
They decided to use me as their middleman.
Empire claimed to have been banned during the trade, caused by Billy.
But from what I can tell it was an attempt at a scam instead.

How they scammed:
When the trade started Empire mentioned to me that he wanted the trade to be done fast because he had to leave soon.
After Billy traded me the osrs money, we waited for Empire to come online and deliver the money.
So on my own os-scape account, I was standing at the pvp grandexchange area, waiting to see Empire come online.

I did NOT see anyone teleporting there at all, and I was actually paying attention to it.
Around 10 seconds after Empire mentioned his ing, Empire claimed that his account got banned.

Yet again, I did NOT witness anyone logging off in the same area.
So this is why I can conclude that he wasn't there at all.

After that he says something very strange, mods might unban? Yes, that really doesn't make any sense, is he probably looking for a way out here?

Alright, now this is where Empire claims to have been banned at 6:31, while he has NEVER mentioned his ingame name prior to 6:36. He even claimed to have footage that his ban happened at 6:31.

So Empire is clearly lying about getting banned after telling his igname name.
If he has footage of getting banned at 6:31, why does he claim to be banned after telling his username at 6:36? This screams set-up.
After this he claimed he could still sell Billy the gold from 'another' account, which takes 5 minutes to

And after this point we waited together for 30 minutes but we never got a reply.
After 30 minutes he logged off.
I request this user to be banned because it was a clear attempt at a scam.

Why don't you upload the footage, the problem would be solved then.
I'm making a big fuss because it's clear to me that your account was banned from the start.
Your skype being blocked doesn't mean anything, you could have messaged us on Sythe.
Not to mention you could have faked that lock as an excuse to dip out this trade.
