What channel are you running your display on? DVI? VGA? DisplayPort? HDMI? try sourcing your monitor correctly or try using a different cable.

Your problem is your video card's driver is not installed. You're kind of in a tough spot because your motherboard doesn't have a graphics card. Motherboard graphics cards usually work and you could of used it temporarily until you install the driver.

Does anything show on the screen when you first turn it on? Like a black screen with white text?

Edit: I just read that you should be able to get at least that far. Follow these steps http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems

No I don't get any white text, just a pure black screen that switches thru channels to try to find right channel to display but it does not pick up and soon enough monitor power button flickers on/off from no signal i know the monitor works fine because i'm using it right now on my laptop.

No I dont have an 8-pin into my mobo, it reads jpwr2 the only 8 pin thing on there, is it to power up my processor ?

    1. Are you plugged into your graphics card or your motherboard's onboard port?
    2. Is your BIOS set to output video to integrated or external graphics?
    3. Does your graphics card have power and is plugged into the correct peripheral slot on the motherboard?
    4. Were your graphics card and motherboard working correctly before you formatted? What made you want to reformat?
