Explanation of the trade: Made him a logo for college project like week-2 weeks back, told me he has to ask hes class mates about the logo and would get back to me. Then few days later hes class mates were on a springbreak, and now hes not anwering me on skype. Thats why im reporting him.
How they scammed: Havent paid me nor answers me.

He says this in one screenshot "I just wanted a template to bring to them but I will pay you for your time even if it's not ultimately what they want."

 

That's fine, but I've told him this would be a potential long work in progress. Maybe it would be more evident if I blocked him on Skype to make it seem sketchy. I'm a full time college student with a full time job so I even told him I'd try to keep him updated. We have more going on in my group project than just the logo so I can show you guys the message where I said this might be a long term thing. If anything he should have watermarked the logo. That is what I anticipated him to do when he sent me an incomplete graphic. I told him I just needed a template to go off of so me and my group could make revisions as they see fit. We had spring break last week and I only went to my business class once this week, and that was for early exams. I don't inquire about the logo EVERY SINGLE TIME because we have so much to do in that class. I can even post a picture of the syllabus, but I also told him he won't be asked of any further revisions until me and my group came to a final concensus.

Will be asking our graphics moderator @Excelont to handle this situation as he's used to situations like this.

@2Riotz please pay him the $15. Any updates needed to the logo will be discussed separately.

 

I don't mind paying him upfront to get rid of this but his set price is $10. I said $15 because I mentioned in an earlier post I'd be willing to pay extra because I appreciate the work graphic designers do. I'll pay him $10 according to the fixed price even though the work is incomplete. I won't tip until final revisions are done. I refuse to do so.

 

Could you take the payment from 2riotz, so that you guys see that he pays.
