Explanation of the trade: agreed to buy 10m rs 07 gp from user via paypal.
How they scammed: i went first and sent user money via paypal but user said they did not receive payment.

Going to bed so another mod will need to handle this report.

 

I deleted a thread where i showed my paypal transactions to avoid my girlfriends name being exposed.

if a mod wants to see my paypal i am glad to pm them on skype/over pm to show no money was recieved

I also looked on google he said he sent with his bank and from what i can see bank=echeque and can take 3-5 days, mistake me if im wrong, he also threatened me with charging it back with his bank as fraud so even if i do get it im just refunding him as hes said he would break laws irl by saying a payment was unauthorised when it wasnt

 

Looks like other users are saying jigsaw is a scammer as well. I did not pay him with e-check but my actual debit card linked to PayPal. Of course I will have to call the bank and reverse payment as you scammed me. If you didn't then I wouldnt have to.

 

It clearly says paid with visa, AKA not an e-check. Banned
