My point is why would he pay me if not secured the accounts he is trusted i am not i told him to secure them before paying me we agreed that and still he chargesback his payment knowing he is in the wrong please do not take his side due to his reputation being better or biase

Gaming added me on Skype for a FIFA account related deal. At this time I was on holiday but decided to do the deal. All chat history below with sensitive info blocked:















Long story short, he changed details after he sold me accs which is in my opinion the same as eg sell a RuneScape account and recover it. I paid directly because I checked one acc manually and we had a nice chitchat. Our changing tools are only accessible from office IP, during this deal I was on holiday, this is why the guys noticed wrong details a day after (I assume he changed directly after he received payment). I forgot about this deal as mentioned in chat also, but while doing my administration for February I noticed this payment wasn't correct, this is why a claim was filled some later then usually with Paypal. In my opinion this is a fair claim as he changed data without my approval at the time there was already paid for these accounts, nor did he help me to gain acces back.

I told him to only pay me when the accounts were all secure he must have been to lazy to do so i bought these from another person thinking that MMORPG would secure them so now i am out of pocket for both buying and selling them , No ron this is not like buying a runescape account because you can always recover a runescape account , when you secure web app fifa 17 accounts you cannot recover them this is why i stressed to secure them.

I am inclined to side with Gaming here, but I do not know all-that-much about Fifa 17 Accounts.

You purchased them and it was your responsibility to secure them so you should be held liable imo.

 

The seller made it clear he only wanted to be paid after the accounts were secured so him being paid does close the agreement. Now if you weren't in a position to actually secure the accounts, you should have said so and declined the trade. It's unfortunate the info was changed but gaming made his terms very clear and you agreed to them.
