That prayer level adds a small percentage to the combat level. On top of that it looks terrible so no one will buy an account with 32 prayer. I am sorry you are being screwed ty but I wouldn't pay him anything and just open your own thread since mods like to change their opinions every new post. Incompetence at its finest.

 

I think you misread this. Clgmilan is getting paid because your worker has an outstanding debt with him so the money that could have gone to honeyview is going to clgmilan instead. You are actually all squared away here it is just tysimpson who has to pay clgmilan then everything is settled.

The account is also not "completely devalued" there is quite a high demand for pures and 31/32 prayer doesn't make a difference

Upon consultation with @Mootrucks I have to agree that what was ordered was not provided, therefore no money is owed to anyone by anyone. Regardless of the value of the account, and there could certainly be an argument that its value is now lowered, the service provided was not what was requested. There doesn't need to be a "what would happen if 32 prayer" contract here, the contract here is for certain specific levels to be trained and one of those terms was broken so the whole thing is void
