Feedback is about giving and receiving, If you post negative feedback I'm most likely going to ask you to give examples, or elaborate. If you do not do this then I will be unable to see what my opportunities to improve are.

Accepted my dispute that I needed information on EXTREMELY fast, and even my other reply straight after (within about 10-20 seconds) great to see active staff @Tyler !!

Thanks @Dbuffed I'm going to get somebody to look into the situation for you because i'm not very knowledgeable on powerbot/ other websites. Hopefully we can get this dealt with ASAP so more people don't get scammed.

I also remember telling you to pull out and you didn't want to do that and then I woke up the next day with you telling me you lost almost everything.

 

I tried selling all of it to bogla (he wasn't buying skins at the time) ofcourse next week he makes a new thread SPENDING $50k on cs:go skins rip life

 

Don't burn out early on and u'll do just fine.

 

All in all, a terrible moderator. User is abhorrent, does not treat all reports fairly but uses bias and bad judgement. My personal feedback is he needs to learn how to do his job maybe another staff member could walk him through ropes.

Tyler is awesome. Seems to have handled some of my reports and always responds to you. Keep up the good work Not sure if you've ever been a moderator before or if it's because you've been around here for quite some time already but it sure does seem like you know what you're doing.

 

could definitely use improvements on being a mod. it's almost like besides the crying spam forum post every now and then he actually does nothing? could be wrong, would like to see some proof to disprove my claim. this guy certainly has potential to be a high ranking sythe.org officer but right now i'm just not seeing it.

 

I've been feeling spread very thin in regards to what I can do with my time on Sythe. This is why I've already resigned as a bond holder. I may be moving away from some other things soon.

In regards to how I'm currently doing, I'm a bit behind on modscore vs my counterparts. There's no requirment for staff to meet but I'd be meeting it if there was.

I spent time overhauling how alot of the suggestions work, And been spending time in that forum. When I first joined on it was 3 pages long with threads that have been there for 4+ months. That wont happen again.

As of most recently I've come up with an idea of how trading could actually work in the discord, And Richard says he likes the idea, So I've just got to get procedures down on how to do that, and I've asked the staff to help me out with that.

 

Am not a fan, does his job but he is like that police offer who stops someone for going 3 mph over the speed limit. Needs to loosten up and live a little.
