How they scammed:

Jbuck and tyler didn't tell me I wouldn't get paid if I went above the level, they just said to make sure I don't and mistakes happen and I ended up accidentally getting over the that lvl by 1 lvl towards the end of the order. The entire work was done by me not jbuck not anyone else. There was no agreement on what would/should happen in case prayer went over 31 or any lvl for that matter, so basically I demand to get paid the full amount for my work, you can deduct what u deem necessary for that lvl. Questing has been done, its my right to get paid since no SPECIFIC Agreements were made on what would happen if prayer goes 32.

judging by the way he was chatting in group chat he didn't seem to worked up over one single pray level. it really seemed like he knew he could get away with something. jbuck refunded his money right away without tyler even posting a report a scammer thread.

I don't know how I am linked as a scammer but this has been closed already. I clearly stated to you not to go over 31 prayer. You said you would not go over 17. You kept requesting payment throughout the questing process so my only thoughts are that you knew you screwed up and were trying to get out of it. I am sorry you made this mistake but I feel really bad for Tyler Simpson also as his Zerker is ruined.

Imo this report shouldn't even involve Tyler because Tyler hired u to do the job and u hired a worker to do it for you, so in Tyler's perspective, its your responsibility. You didn't state or make a specific agreement before hand with your worker as to what would happen with the payment if he goes above said levels, and suggesting that he doesn't get to be paid at all coz of 1 simple level is just utterly retarded.
If anything you should be DNT'd for not paying your worker the money hes owed on time.

Also Tyler's zerker can still be sold/changed into a main acc with b gloves that will only add to its value meanwhile the guy who did the questing doesn't get paid. much sense. wow.

 

I clearly stated not to get higher than 31 prayer per Tylers request. Russian this does not affect you so you need to get off this thread. This case has already been decided. He got the prayer level too high after asked not to. The end.

 

Clearly it's not decided yet hence why yankie hasn't closed this thread, I understand you're trying to get away with not paying any gp. Also in a business transaction, deal and what not, there is no "you shouldn't do that" There are terms and agreements that 2 individuals agree on, failing or forgetting to set such rules is ultimately your fault and no one but yourself should be held responsible for paying your worker and tyler because you're the one in charge for both parties involved.

 

I refunded Tyler upon the previous decision. As he is not my worker but is someone i asked to do the order.....

When I order my sandwich from the shop by my house and it comes out wrong, they don't charge me for it and give me another one.

Unfortunately dragon fucked up and will have to learn from his mistake. I do not know why I am listed as a scammer here when I did everything that was asked of me by moderators.

If he failed your account then I think yes he gets nothing because you did not get what you payed for. That is how the world works

He is however your worker and if you feel he needs to be paid for a job that he screwed up and feel pity for him then do so....

On my end however it is not my job to cover the expenses of his mistakes. If the Mods want to overturn the decision and have tyler pay then so be it.

On my end I said " do not go over 31 prayer" and He did. Now as I see it Russian, you have a right to defend your worker but on my end all I did was what was asked of me. "Tyler doesn't have to pay anything" I assume that goes for me also since it was Dragons fuck up. There isn't one other person who disagrees with me that I have talked to. (other than you). This has been discussed enough. You now are just mocking people and being straight cancer. Please shut up and wait for a response from @Mootrucks or the other mods.

Idk how him being/not being my worker is of any relevance to this so I'm guna ignore this silly statement. whether you like to admit it or not, you're the person in charge for Tyler's order because you hired someone else. Your worker your problem. Ask any service provider and they will tell you th same thing. I'm not typing this because bad dragon is my worker it's because you're blatantly scamming him and acting as if you did the right thing which is unreal, and ya you should be banned if you didn't pay.

For the sake of simplicity can the users involved provide a cost and work down in one location (a post). Also, how was 31 prayer went over and was the training dictated to be done by hand?

I align with Mootrucks original post, mainly due to the account devaluation that occurs; however, how much of the order was completed? And at what point did you mess up the prayer?

 

I am not sure what you are asking for but all the pictures and convos have been had in the previous scam post he has made.

He completed about 80 quest points. Somewhere in the middle of that he got 32 quest points. In the link below you will see the convo where I clearly stated not to go over that amount.
