Rest easy Ryan

Hey dudes, I've only really come back here to post a message after learning about the passing of Ryan from Facebook, and rather than adding text to a wall of messages I figured it would be more appropriate to come back here.

Ryan had my back, through my time moderating this forum, and afterwards once I no longer frequented here. When I was growing up my only friends were those among the Sythe community, and if I was facing difficulty there were people like Ryan who were there to game with, chat with, and support me. I admired his integrity, his fairness, trust, his ceaseless pursuit of justice, and his work ethic in a role that many Moderators and Admins know we do for the love, not the return.

Thank you for being a confidant, a leader, a workhorse, and a friend.
I'll miss you dearly.

 

Some people come in our life as blessings. Some come in your life as lessons. I never got to speak to Ryan, although I did watch a couple of his streams here and there I always knew he was a great person. He will be missed.

When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.
