Going against your own rules again...

Every time you guys are emotionally triggered you don't enforce your rules properly. The only rule I was cited allegedly breaking, by @Matthew was this one:

1. This is a spam forum rule, and not site-wide
2. The punishment is listed as an infraction, thread being locked, or a forumban - which implies at maximum a ban from the spam forum

However, this is also cited in the spam forum rules:

@n4n0 has posted in the spam forum before, so he can't complain. He's also dead so he can't complain. In the past, whenever something happens - it's at the person's discretion to be offended and report a post. You can't get triggered on someone else's behalf. Unless @n4n0 wants to report me, there's no harm no foul.


Even if we assume I did not make the posts in the spam forum, if we apply the forum rules and previous precedents, then:

1. Flaming/harassing is supposed to be 1 infraction
2. I thought we were over drama bans?
3. The owner of the site has stated that deaths do not override rules / create a safe space

I'm only going by your forum rules and precedents you have set. If you want to take the site in a different direction, then be clear about it by updating your rules. Trolling in the spam forum is not unheard of; I'm not sure why people would post about serious matters there to begin with, if they want to be taken seriously and will be offended by the replies. Their mistake, not mine.
