Yeah those are the ones that i saw report bugs on my thread. I joined way after you were testing so i had no idea.

 

Can I just say I'll grab some more bugs now but whoever fucked up the .jar needs to fix this.

It's a .JAR I shouldn't have to EXTRACT ALL to get it to function properly, the cache should just download and that's it, its not a .zip, I've never seen a RSPS client in my life that you have to extract all to get the .jar to work, .zip yes, not .jar EVER.

It's frustrating as fuck to have to go to the PM artur sent me ages ago, redownload it, let it pop up, extract all, then finally load it.

Otherwise you get connection error retrying in 5, then 10 etc, this is a pain in the ass just to get on.

 

You're right, ill definitely look into implementing a cache downloader

 

Apparently the code to log in is different now? I'm not able to log in anymore with the code I was provided, months ago.

clipping is dreadful, I keep walking through rocks when clicking other rocks.

2. Exp needs boosted, way to slow now.

3. when trying to mine coal the animation is fucked

note: happens on all coal in the entire game, tested elsewhere.

4.wildly resource arena should cost 10k to enter and close the door when u enter, door stays open.

5. the fishing spots are moving and running away from me lol!

6. cant find the crystal chest/non-existant

7. challenge portals in clans wars don't work, nor does altar there

8. you can bug fight caves and force urself to teleport out, if u enter fight caves and try home teleing it tells you you cant do that right now, if you try teleing via the interface(I chose skilling->agility->barb agility) lets you insta tele out

9. only thing that the agility ticket store gives u a message for/lets you buy is the pirates hook lol:

10. you have to be RIGHT infront of a agility obstacle to be able to do it, pathing is dreadful on here and if ur not DIRECTLY infront of something, it doesn't work.

There is no skilling shop npcs or farming shops or anything at ANY of the farming locations, skilling shop npc should be put at every single skilling teleport when u tele there.

12. when trying to tele membership zone this icon is off:

For some odd reason it wont let me do skilling teles-> runecrafting it tells me I cant tele right now and took my 3k over and over and over without teleporting me

Tried teleporting hunter-> chins worked fine(rcing didn't tho above), got attacked by a chinchompa tried home teleporting after running away and it told me this it even gave me the welcome home message:

I just got rolled back all the way back to the fight caves LOL??? Server dced and it rolled me back like 15 minutes!!!


I think the bug allowing you to abuse the interface and tele out of fight caves or whatever has fucked up the game, it doesn't know what to do with itself so it reverted me back to the last time it did.

There's 15 bugs, took me like 10 minutes hunting and I only trained 1 skill from 1-30 and found these, didn't bother training higher as I cba spending 4 hours getting 90 in 1 skill.

That brings my total to like 25-35 bugs down.

 

You need the latest client update to be able to log. I'll send you the new one

EDIT:
1 - Will have to clip all the mining spots, it seems like the object Id that is spawned after a rock in the mining class is mined is a non-clipped object. Workaround is clipping the tiles where rocks are spawned in object manager

4 - We want to keep this free since the teleport costs money

10 - Yes pathfinding is the biggest problem to this base and i am working really hard to get it fixed before launch

It looks like you found a major interface bug allowing you to teleport out of places and bugging your game. However i just fixed it.

 

I'd just like to start by saying that it's been a while since I played this version of Runescape so I apologize if some of what I mention is supposed to be that way and not something that has to be fixed.

This being said, I found a couple of things so far:

1. Nothing happens when you try to interact with scoreboard at home. I don't get a message or anything, simply nothing happens.



2. Related to thieving, the "Desert Market" has nothing to train with. Shops are empty, no NPC's (not sure if it's supposed to be like that), and when you try to talk with THOSE npc's that actually are walking around, nothing happens.





3. Related to "Desert Market", for some reason the main building in front of fountain can't be entered through the door space. The npc just goes through the wall.

4. When killing Rock Crabs, I'll occasionally just get this message and nothing happens (unable to attack). Not the smoothest experience.



5. When you sell items to armour store npc, you don't get any coins for it, yet you do lose when you buy from it. (Don't know if it's the same with other stores)

6. Thieving stall at ::home isn't working properly. Says I need 30 thieving to do (which I do) and won't let me.





Random/Miscellaneous things:

- What's with the constant messages each time you do an action? Be it remove items from bank, buy from stores, etc.

Will be going on right now to look for some bugs.

 

I am a very experienced beta tester I promise you, I can do do 6-7 hours daily of dupes / bugs / fixes, pm me if I can help

 

Alright so,

1. The scoreboard is going to be used for announcements i just havent added the code yet
2. The Desert Market is leftover code from the base,its not needed and i forgot to remove it so its gone now
3. Rock crabs are buggy and i will be fixing those, thanks
4. The stalls have been fixed now
5. The weird messages are cause we are in developer mode and it helps me track down the source of the bug. They will be gone once we're done with beta.

Also, dont edit your post and make another one instead, that way ill know which posts have been fixed.

Thanks for all the reports you guys have made so far about bugs you've found, I'll be on a lot throughout the day tomorrow if anyone needs certain things

 

Beta Test (1k Contributions)
- Basically throughout trying over 15 skills, etc, here is what I have discovered / helped with already.

- Armadyl is able to be worn at very low levels

- Many different ores are unmineable / not clipped yet

- Fishing with rod is egregiously slow / there's a little bit of no clip there as well.

- PJ timer at dragons was fucked up, getting pj'd by other drags extremely often while engaged in fight already, not sure if this is with just dragons or players and everything else as well.

- No clip @ home with stall (Fixed)

- Lava drags loot was dropping under me and not the drag, not sure if this was intentional (not a big deal tbh)

- No edgeville dung / disabled (Already talked about it)

- Firemaking doesn't work if u try and move and fm, like if you run and try and fm it wont work / it will work if you take the time to stop and click every time, very shitty.

- Agility @ gnome is very slow / animation is nice but slow as a mtf

- All items in shops are not showing up when you buy them until the screen is exited from / sometimes if you try and buy multiple items at a decent speed, some do not show.

- Woodcutting @ the first location in the teles / if you chop willows, they turn into beds after you finish woodcutting them / other then that wc seems fine. (from what I have done)
