@Arcane is the original owner of this account but it was purchased by me from @XxIdolizedxX who bought it from a "friend" @DB Export and who told me that no account creation details for this account were ever release by the Original Owner.

@XxIdolizedxX is already banned for vading but retains the notion that he will appeal this.

I can no doubt confirm that I nor Kody (xxIdolizedxx) recovered the account. The account would be simply impossible to recover by either of us as we are not the OO's nor live in the country of the OO (@Arcane) - regardless of the fact if we had any information relating to the account.

I was under the impression that xxIdolizedxx did not receive any of the previous information/creation details of the account. I did however receive this information back in December, however lost the document as I got a new phone.

It is only possible for @Arcane to recover this account, therefore I feel it is unfair for I or Kody to be at blame here for the recovery.

I understand that @Arcane has been inactive for a fair while, which puts me under the impression that he has in fact recovered the account and given up his Sythe reputation for the account.

Kody is the most genuine and trustworthy guy I have come across on the internet, and he would have no intention of scamming (just my 2 cents).

Mods input would be appreciated.

You two are going to have to kinda establish what went on between communication between the two of you, as when the account was sold to me by Xxidol/Xxkody he told me more than once that neither him nor you ever recieved any creation details for this account and since export did it really changes things.

 

I find this very hard to believe that the account was recovered. The OO is Arcane.

You buy this account, you think you were forced to buy it at such a high price, you are sour that you spent so much, now you are just attempting to get a refund?

We will wait for @Arcane to do a recovery of the account for you.

 

This seems fair enough if you wouldnt mind getting ahold of him for me that would be awesome. By the way if you wouldnt mind not taking things out of context i wasnt forced to buy anything at a high price""... my statment was pretty clear that the bids were fake and i felt like i got cheated. I wasnt forced to do anything i acted on my own free will but the auction was illegitimate imo. Those are two different things. The value of this account was never under scrutiny from me the auction was.

^the main purpose of that thread was to see if shill bidding was allowed and if sythe staff treated evidence the same or not for all sythe members and it sure showed me something.

 

@Excelont ive been talking to someone about how i could possibly prove that i had nothing to do with the recovery of this account and just remember that when i changed this accounts registered email i put it on a completely fresh hotmail account and now hotmail accounts have the ability to recover any deleted history items.

Id be willing to give any staff access to this email to view the email history and the deleted history to prove that i did not either change the password to this account nor change the registered email as i have not accessed this email account since i changed the email and password from the original purchase.

Well nevermind thank you for that i cant think of any other way to prove i wasnt involved other then the fact i wasnt home all day. Guess we will wait for arcane but this should have some kind of established deadline i dont think waiting for a month is going to help me or xXidols appeal hes doing.

If anyone else has an idea how to prove that i wasnt involved shoot me a pm please.

Im afraid idk how to prove a last log in date of an email account if anyone else does and could help me out id appreciate it.

 

I am also going to point out the fact since its probably been over looked. That as per agreement with kody i was purchasing the account originally owned by @Arcane and that the account creation details had never been released to anybody and if i had known that creation details were provided to @DB Export i would have not purchased this account. Especially since Arcane has been gone for over a week and if i knew the creation details had been given out either one of xxidol or db export could have recovered the account and taken anything i had with no response from Arcane.

This completely terminates the legitimacy of this sale in the first place.

that 10mins after this thread the account was for sale might be relevant might not be its suspect imo.

 

Just for disclosure, xxidolizedxx did in fact lie to @R0T about no one else having the info to the account. There is a pm sent by arcane to him a month ago that says that arcane gave full info to DB Export (which DB is not denying) but xxidolizedxx said that "arcane is the only person with acc info" and sold the account under that pretense. For that reason, xxidolizedxx will have to refund @R0T for the purchase of the account and he will have to talk with arcane to get the account returned to his possession if possible.

We are still looking into who actually recovered the account

 

@video what process needs take place how do i get everything that i have invested into the account after the original sale back if i have proof of it or is it a total loss? I might have various screenshots of me wearing items and having a cash stack but i dont know how to go about this whole process now? I have over another 100m invested into the account from the username i put on there which id value at around 30mill to all the items i had on the account and also money i invested into the player owned house etc.....

 

None of that will be taken into consideration it's out of anyone's hands. Just the initial terms of purchase

 

So in the end xXidol can get the account returned to him by arcane with all of my items also? or will the items be returned to me by arcane if in fact arcane isnt the one that recoverd the account?

 

If arcane is able to recover it and there are items on it then they would be returned to you

 

Thank you i appreciate it im mainly wondering because things like getting me the username back without having access to the account and being able to transfer it. Also stuff such as the infernal pickaxe/infernal harpoon etc are going to be a pain in the ass infernal tools have to be depleted before they are returned to their original counterpart which can be sold/bought which takes alot of play time, and also things like the membership i put on the account its just all a mess to even think about and i dont know how to go about it.

Nvm @Zac cleared things up for me.

Would like to also include this here that this was the crystal math labs daily for the account the day after the recovery happened a very small amount of exp was gained.

Is there any involvement required from me, e.g. refunding Idolized? I feel like it's unfair he lost out on a substantial amount of money due to @Arcane

 

@video i have recieved 50% of the value i paid for this account back as of now that i am posting.

The account in question has also gained a bit of exp which appears to be from pking from since when the bank pin would have been removed.
