Explanation of the trade:
Today at around 2;30 am (GMT +2) I went on zedrs's website called www.zedrs.com and I asked for a max main rental for 1 hour (OSRS). A customer support called 'Edison' replied to me and said that they had an open account. I asked if I could pay 3m instead of 3.5m for one hour, and he said sure, and then it took him like 15-20 mins to respond to me, and said sorry I was changing password and dealing with a dumbhead customer (his exact words). I told him okay so it's 5m total right? (3m for 1 hour and 2m deposit) he said no 5.5m, and then I told him but i asked you and you said it's alright, and I waited for so long. He then proceeded and said okay and that he would do it for 5m since he agreed earlier. He then told me to meet him world 335 at duel arena bank and to trade 'Hello Z' and I went and gave him 5m and he confirmed and gave me the details 5 minutes later, and for all the delays he said he'd give me 5minutes extra on top of my 1hour. The current time was: 2:53 am (GMT +2) and he said 'start time: 2:58' and gave me the details to the account. (<hidden> and the password was w*****t)
I then transferred the gold from my account to the rented max main from zedrs and started staking. About 25 minutes later after winning/losing multiple stakes I decided that i'd stop because I was up 450m (started at 47m) so i had a total of 397m on the account. Right before opening livechat on zedrs website to tell Edison to notify me when I had 5minutes left I saw that it was 'offline' and that i couldn't see the details of the chat history. I then proceeded to hop onto world 335 to trade back the gold to my account that is not member and while i was hopping (using the OSRS 'world switcher') it automatically logged me out. I attempted to login with the exact same details that were given to me but it keeps saying invalid username or password. I then worried and went back to zedrs website but it's still offline (current time --> 3:40 am (GMT +2) http://prntscr.com/e9qf4h
I then proceeded to add zedrs on skype http://prntscr.com/e9qfei and it's been 20 minutes now and no reply has been given. I am still trying to logon the account but it keeps telling me incorrect username/password and I can't access Edison since the livechat is offline.
How they scammed: I can not give any screenshots currently as I can't see the history of the livechat, but once it's online again I will upload screenshots. Please help me as soon as possible as I had 397m on the account, along with the 2m deposit ofcourse = 399m total.

how is this idiot on customer support claiming theres no fault by their side? is he stupid? details were changed in the middle of my rental and then you tell me there's no gold? How the fuck was i supposed to change the password to the account on my own in the first place, if i dont even have access to the email???

UPDATE : I thought that total was 397m but it turns out it's 133m after checking OSBuddy GE price guide (since its most accurate)

Awaiting @Yankiee to get on so I can discuss the final outcome of this report, as of right now it looks like ZedRs is in the clear and will owe you nothing, stay patient please.

 

I've reviewed the case and we've decided that ZedRS is not responsible for refunding any supposed lost wealth.

On the basis that your screenshots could have been at any time and the wealth could been removed prior to being kicked off, there is no way for us to tell for sure when and where the wealth went. Not to mention that you told the live chat agent the wrong password for the account, leading to unnecessary recovery in the beginning.
