Filing Against 2 RSPS Owners

I'm not sure why this has been being allowed, but these RSPS owners all owe me a fortune in banned gold.

Both of these guys OWN THE RSPS that their staff are banning all the sythe members on? How has this not been noticed before!

RSPS staff work for these owners, we ban RSPS staff, an owner is just another RSPS staff and the owners are liable for their workers(staff).

Both of these users have large outstanding debts to me and many many many members of this community.

They ban rwters and they let their workers(staff) do so to, they cause all us sythe RSPS traders monetary loss which results in a debt owed.

I would like them to be banned considering the thousands of dollars they owe to sythe members in the community, they STILL actively ban rwters aswell.

 

I'd like to point out freefragster has some miniranks I think should be distributed among some random RSPS people who have gotton banned by staff, I myself do not want a dime but I think that would be more than reasonable to do.

 

Could you please tell me the rule I have broken on this site?

I don't use this site at all to catch any RWT, I wouldn't post an advert thread and risk my account to do so I have been on this site for a very long time and know not to do this. I have run other RSPS and this has never been a problem that I am a member of these forums as long as I don't use it to find people.

It is not illegal to own an rsps and have a sythe account, I don't view any RSPS market threads and I haven't contacted anyone on sythe regarding so.

You come onto my site and break the rules and my staff punish you for it, that's not good enough reason to have me punished here? I haven't used this site to contact or find anyone regarding it and this site isn't targeted specifically as far as I am aware, their are several systems in the game that identify potential rule breakers and with an average of 200 players online you stand out like mad.

At the very most you could argue I should be banned from the RSPS market section but like I said the entire time I don't bother with RWT and I don't check it. If I planned to do so I certainly wouldn't of posted the advert thread to risk my account and make it obvious.

 

Fragster is possibly the most powerful user in the entire RSPS industry.

RSPS staff are not held liable for the amounts they banned on Sythe because they are workers in essesence.

However RSPS owners ARE liable because they make the rules and enforce them which causes losses to sythe members.

RSPS staff would never be held liable for any bans they did because again- their just working for a rsps essentially, all the liability goes to the owner.

It's like if your a gold site owner and a worker bans a customer because you told them that a rule was broken.

Then imagine that customer reports the site, is the worker held liable for enforcing his employers rule? Absolutely not.

That'd be outrages to argue that RSPS staff should be held liable, but it is absolutely logical that the OWNERS would be.

If your going to ban Sythe users for trying to trade on your RSPS, that's costing them money.

It is certainly not illegal to own a rsps and a sythe account but it is against our rules to cause harm to other sythe users. We ban people simply for threatening to report sythe users to rsps staff if you are the actual owner of the rsps banning sythe users you should certainly be banned (I would think). If you intend to ban sythe users on your RSPS (it's your rsps so of course you can do whatever you please) why would you choose to use and advertise on sythe?

I've placed a ban for now but I'm going to ask @Sythe for his input as well. He may think otherwise here

 

It depends if you factor in Ikov's losses which he owned aswell, if you do its honestly in the thousands, If I had to put a serious guess on it I'd say $1,500-$2,000 in gold.

Keep in mind we traded ikov for 6+ months, on Elkoy alone in under a week we lost $150-$250 so my guess is likely very conservative lol.

I know I used between 3-4 vps with constant $1 IP changes vps when Jon was around so that gives u a indicating of how often bans happened.

IF you don't factor in Ikov and only consider Elkoy, I'd say between $150-$250 I believe the exact(or close #) of bans on me and my workers is 10 or so bans, I know one of those bans alone on me was over $80-$100 in gold.

Keep in mind we literally just returned less than a week ago which means we were averaging over a ban a day. They've been chain banning not just me but every single one of my workers to.

What he might be held accountable for would be up to you.

 

Harry has made it very clear that he has no intention of refunding me the cost of gold.

He said if sythe staff would of let him back on after solely refunding me he would of considered it but apparently Sythe told him that he'd have to refund every single RSPS trader him and his staff has ever banned which basically killed any chance I had at a potential refund so RIP all that money.

he's never going to refund after that, made that VERY clear lol.

Might aswell give away his mini's to some random RSPS traders now(besides me) or use them to refund scams I suppose.
