ACC perm banned by Top Elite for Macro

@Top Elite can you explain to me why your screenshots are missing the top osbuddy bar?


blacked out my rsn and some acc info for my protection.

Could you PM me the all the screenshots with the top bar included in all of them

As of right now it's not looking good for Top Elite, couldn't provide screenshot evidence of his "worker" working on the account, may update this with a complete verdict soon after discussing this with other staff members.

 

@Iseestars can you open an appeal to Jagex, say someone else botted the account. I believe tweeting is the best way to go about this, update me with the results here.

I tried to tweet to them last night however they told me they don't respond to banned accounts. I will keep tweeting them and provide the responses.

I will also provide screenshot proof once I get home I just left for work today.

 

Make sure you try what the quote from Dieze states above as well.

DNT has been placed on Top Elite in the meantime.

1. I have tried to tweet all Mods and JagexSupport the only response i got was from JagexSupport is below. "Jagex never respond when the issue is a banned account".

2. I posted on RS forums and got this response.

"As you have been told on Twitter, Jagex will not get in discussion about bans and it's not possible to appeal bans at all. Jagex is currently running a review process where they review all bans of (ex)member accounts for hijack, starting with the most recent bans and working their way back. If your account has ever been member, this will include your ban as well so you will have to wait for this process to reach your ban, which can take a couple of weeks. It's not possible to get your ban reviewed earlier."

3. I have submitted an Account recovery last night and have had no response as of yet.

I recovered the account and ban still is on the account.

I appreciate your effort and help guys but frankly Jagex doesn't care about banned accounts the only response on twitter i got was "Jagex never respond when the issue is a banned account" as per above post.

 

Top Elite will owe you what the account is worth along with a full refund, how much do you personally value your account at? @Iseestars

Once you answer that i'll talk it over with other staff members that have experience with runescape accounts to see what they would value your account at.

Edit - pm me a picture or something of the accounts stats.

I value this account at roughly 600-800M 07
It had 99 con, Maxed main, 90 prayer, 1784 Total level, membership until Jan 2018 as per screenshot below.
It had a 100m PoH, ALL Untradables, it had 251QP (Quest cape) and most Hard Achievement diaries completed.

108M total level which you can see from screenies provided by TopElite.

Edit: I would prefer the agreed refund at the end to be sent as BTC since i have no use for RSGP anymore and will most likely be quitting this game since losing my account has made me lose all motivation for this game.

 

Me and a few other staff members have come to the conclusion that Top Elite owes you 500m 07 gp or $550 BTC.

@Top Elite when will you be able to pay him?

@Iseestars be sure to post on this thread once you've been paid.
