    We agreed on doing all of the above for 20m, (plus a bonus) and 5m he promised to pay back if we needed to supply ourselves.

    he did change the password shortly after completion of the service. and replied < 15 minutes prior to level, then went mysterious afk.

    quest completed: did pay 3.5m so was legit to that stand-point.

    Lannister Suspected Scammer?
    I also have a buddy that works with me who bought an account from Lannister, which the account was 'locked' supposedly recovered.
