So I wasn't too sure where to put this, but it seems a user by the name of "wisegold" Skype being talythan15 scammed @GpGiant's friend - I was wondering if there is any further news on this? I have opened up a dispute on Powerbot to make sure no one else falls victim to this, but he seems to be trying to cover it by saying that he has been/already refunded or so on along with why would he scam when he bought a $200 sponsor?

@Yankiee you dealt with the report, from what I can see this was not refunded yet correct?

 

First off, thanks for accepting so fast @Tyler


User claims to be the victim of a car accident (which is yet to be proven, but I will again give him the benefit of the doubt like I did on PB for 2 weeks) and yet somehow has time to deliver $350 to there + OSbot in donations but not refund @GpGiant or his friend in question.

Please correct me if i'm wrong as I feel i'm thinking of someone else, but didn't he have a donation rank on here? If so can I ask what happened there also please.

 

It has not been refunded to my knowledge; neither Wise Gold nor GpGiant have notified me of a refund.

Wise is claiming that the user has no since "hacked his account after being banned" if so why didn't he post a dispute either way? His stories keep changing, sort of makes me feel like he doesn't want back and isn't going to refund at all.

 

Well he is already banned on Sythe, how other sites to choose what to do is totally unrelated to us. When he repays with proof, we can discuss the steps for how to become unbanned here. Regarding changing stories, everything will be reviewed before we decide what the next steps are (whether it's simply just being unbanned after repayment or requiring a pardon).

It seems i have had to make this to confirm everything, as he seems to not want to himself. Any further information you can give would be great (unless you can post there yourself?)
