SCAMMER/VADER GETS AWAY, NOT A INNOCENT SOUL?

So, may I ask how is Tutu unbanned for example, a ban evader whom SCAMMED on his previous accounts but a user whom was accused of scamming 3m, now recall what i said was " accused " since I did not scam 3m gets denied?

What kind of unjust shit is this? Please elaborate why I was denied? Since this clearly a target on my and you guys simply accept high donators or some shit like that since that is the only way this makes sense.

Please someone elaborate, even if the bogla shit is considered a scam, i've seen countless people who'm simply refund a scam and get back on sythe. How come i cant just refund the money i never took, this is completely absurd and useless.

Please elaborate, oh yeah and somehow a scamming user becomes a moderator, like how do you guys explain those decisions, does my donator rank reflect wether i should return? If i said I would donate would you guys be like lets let him come back? Since i've never scammed anyone with 130+ vouches, Me for example am FAR more trusted than tutu, triple his vouches yet he gets accepted for having vaded and most likely SCAMMED. Now this isn't an attack at tutu i just used him as an example since this is stupid clearly but sure.

Please tell me how to get unbanned, i wouldn't mind paying you the same 70$ tutu paid for his unban, but the difference would be he actually SCAMMED and i didn't do shit.
